ASHCOTT FOOTPATH WALKERS

We are an informal group who meet each Wednesday evening at 7.00pm outside the Village Hall, from mid April to the end of August.
The main objective of the group is to walk all of the Footpaths in the Parish, checking accessibility and condition of stiles etc.
A report on the state of Footpaths is made each year to Ashcott Parish Council, and contact is maintained with County Council Footpath Officers.

The Village Hall is situated in the High Street next to the Church in the heart of the village.

It is a well-equipped modern building, with its own 12 space car park at the rear and a disabled bay near to the front entrance.
There is a drop off lay-by in front adjacent to the road.
Ashcott Coronation Playing Fields
The Playing Fields are located just to the north west of the village, down Kings Lane
There are two Football pitches, a Tennis Court, the changing rooms, and a children's play area.
